　　Azalomycin F5a(1),isolated from Streptomyces hygroscopicus var.azalomyceticus,was a 36-membered polyhydroxyl macrolides with remarkable antimicrobial activity.1,2 This compound was also isolated from Streptomyces sp.211726,and its 1H,13C assignments and position of malonyl monoester group were revised in our previous work.
