Aim: To investigate the role of Heijiangdan Ointment intervention on oxidative stress in 60Co y-ray radiation injured dermatitis tissue in mice.Methods: Female Wistar mice with 4 grade radiation dermatitis induced by 60Co y-ray were randomly divided into 4 groups (n=12) : model group(treated with saline), Heijiangdan Ointment group, recombinant human epidermal growth factor (rhEGF) group, and Trolox group.
