To overcome the problem of limited electrical conductivity of vanadium oxides applied in electrochemical capacitors, nanoflakes V2O3/C composites was prepared by in-situ carbothermic reduction process of activated carbon and NH4VO3 mixture solid obtained by drying the mixture solution.
