Changes of hemoglobin and blood urea in plateau training of national swimming team athletes

　　Purposes: Carried on plateau training, monitored and analysed the physiological and biochemical indices, evaluated athletes function situation and training condition.Methods: On April 12, 20, 26 before breakfast, extracted athlete elbow venous blood 4 mL for testing hemoglobin and blood urea.Resnlts: 6 athletesblood urea values were within the normal range, the vast majority of data changed around 6 mmol/L.Athleteshemoglobin data performance was divided into two groups.From the intermediate stage to the later period, the first group data curve was at the rise condition basically.The second group data was rising, once in a while had the drop fragment performance along with intensity training load stimulation.Conclusions: During plateau training,athletes adapted training arrangements, hemoglobin values increased, the function condition was good, without fatigue pheno1nena.High intensity training was feasible, the training intensity could be slowed down to prepare for leaving plateau to plain.
