　　Transparent aluminum oxynitride(AlON)ceramics were fabricated by hot isostatic pressing technology at 1900℃ for 2h under 190MPa argon atmosphere,using as-prepared AlON powders as raw materials.Influence of Y2O3/La2O3 additions(0–0.1wt%)on microstructures and optical properties of AlON ceramics was investigated.
