Twin and family studies provide the foundations for studying the genetic, environmental and cultural transmission effects for phenotypes.However, it is inconvenient for the researchers, especially for those who arent familiar to the field of twin study, to understand complex models for family data since data from twin studies are traditionally analyzed using specialized computational programs.
