OLED显示技术迅速发展使得有机电致发光材料的研究成为研究热点,在各种有机电致发光材料中,芴类化合物具有较高的光热稳定性,是一种非常有前景的蓝光材料。木研究以9,9-二甲基芴-2-氨基芴为原料,与对溴联苯反应,再与溴苯反应,即经两步Buchwald-Hartwig交叉偶联反应合成一种新颖的芴类三芳胺类化合物即N-苯基-N-(4-联苯基)-9,9-二甲基-2-氨基芴。考察了碱,溶剂,Pd催化剂,配体,反应时间等诸多影响因素,实验结果表明,其中9,9-二甲基-2-氨基芴和对溴联苯偶联反应,以醋酸钯为催化剂,1,1-联萘-2,2-双二苯膦为配体,叔丁醇钠为碱,甲苯为溶剂,N2保护下反应6小时,得到N-(4-联苯基)-9,9-二甲基-2-氨基芴,收率61%;进一步偶联得到N-苯基-N-(4-联苯基)-9,9-二甲基-2-氨基芴,是以三叔丁基膦为配体,甲苯和过量的溴苯为溶剂,收率达到70%,产品纯度超过99%。反应条件温和,产品收率高,易工业化。
