甲苯磺酸妥舒沙星(TFLX)是一种新型喹诺酮类广谱抗菌药物,具有优异的抗菌杀菌能力,但存在水溶性差,口服固体制剂溶出度比较低的缺点.文献报道,利用羟丙基-β-环糊精为载体对难溶性药物进行包合,可有效改善药物的溶出度.因此,本研究以羟丙基-β-环糊精为载体,制备了甲苯磺酸妥舒沙星的包合物,利用紫外分光光度计和溶出仪对包合前后的药物溶出进行比较,结果发现:TFLX在pH=1.2的模拟胃液中溶出度由87
