　　In this study a porous SiC ceramic reinforced copper-matrix composite was fabricated by mean of pre-sintering of the as-pressed porous SiC preform and spontaneous infiltration of molten Cu-Si alloy into the reinforcement.The thermal ablation behavior of SiC/(Cu-Si) composite was conducted by the oxyacetylene ablation.

本文以中间相炭微球和硅粉为原料，通过模压反应烧结法获得一种新型多孔SiCf/SiC复合材料。通过改变原料比、球磨时间、炉内压力等研究了多孔材料的微观形貌、力学性能、孔隙率及孔径分布。结果 表明，增加原料的球磨时间，多孔材料的力学性能大幅度提高，孔隙率及孔径分布下降。

基体位置对CVD SiC涂层微观结构影响规律研究
以国产高纯石墨为基体，一甲基三氯硅烷为先驱体原料，使用化学气相沉积工艺制备了SiC涂层。利用SEM和XRD分别对筒式工装和笼式工装中不同位置所获得涂层的形貌及微观结构进行了表征，并研究了沉积速率、表面形貌、微观结构及堆积缺陷的变化规律。
