　　The nanostructured MoO2/rGO/Ni foam 3-dimentional electrode for supercapacitor is synthesized via a two-step method.First, the graphene oxide (GO) prepared by Hummers method is electrodeposited on nickel foam and the GO is reduced to reduced-graphene oxide (rGO) at the same time.Then the MoO2 ultrathin nanolayer is grown on the rGO via a typical electrochemical deposition process.

聚氨酯基复合吸波材料的电磁性能研究
高分子基复合材料在航空航天领域的应用越来越广泛，其中高分子复合吸波材料作为电磁功能材料成为目前研究的热点。本研究分别以炭黑(CB)、羰基铁(CIP)、铁硅铝(FSA)、铁氧体(FP)、纳米羰基铁(nmCIP)为吸收剂制备聚氨酯基复合吸波涂层，并分别以铝和PVC作为反射基板进行了电磁波吸收性能研究。铝基板复合涂层研究结果表明，随着吸收剂含量的逐渐增大，涂层的反射损耗(RL)峰位逐渐移向低频区域。

MoO2/rGO/Ni三维复合超级电容器电极材料的制备与性能研究
本文采用电沉积的方法将Hummers法制备的氧化石墨烯(G0)还原沉积在金属泡沫镍基底上制备出具有三维介孔结构的还原氧化石墨烯(rGO)，并通过第二次电沉积将一层超薄MoO2沉积在rGO表面，形成了具有特殊形貌的MoO2/rGO/Ni超级电容器纳米复合电极材料。

本文以中间相炭微球和硅粉为原料，通过模压反应烧结法获得一种新型多孔SiCf/SiC复合材料。通过改变原料比、球磨时间、炉内压力等研究了多孔材料的微观形貌、力学性能、孔隙率及孔径分布。结果 表明，增加原料的球磨时间，多孔材料的力学性能大幅度提高，孔隙率及孔径分布下降。

基体位置对CVD SiC涂层微观结构影响规律研究
以国产高纯石墨为基体，一甲基三氯硅烷为先驱体原料，使用化学气相沉积工艺制备了SiC涂层。利用SEM和XRD分别对筒式工装和笼式工装中不同位置所获得涂层的形貌及微观结构进行了表征，并研究了沉积速率、表面形貌、微观结构及堆积缺陷的变化规律。
