Carbon fiber reinforced polymers (CFRP) is increasingly used for the rehabilitation of deteriorated and understrength concrete structures, taking advantages of their excellent properties such as high specific strength and modulus, excellent corrosion resistance, fatigue and creep resistance.To fully utilize the potential in the CFRP reinforcements for concrete structures, a systematic study is needed to evaluate the mechanical performances, in particular, the long-term behavior.In this study, the mechanical tests were performed to characterize the tensile and flexural properties and creep durability of CFRP plates based on epoxy resins.The reliability assessment was performed to predict the creep lifetime of the CFRP plates, demonstrating that the creep strength was predicted of 2278.7 MPa and 2240 MPa, respectively, to satisfy the average and B 10 lifetimes.
