  A high efficiency hybrid solar cell was prepared by coating (benzylbutyl) (1,2-methanofullerene C60)-61,61-dicarboxylate (BBMDC) / poly (3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) mixed photovoltaic active layer on a composite TiO2 electrode.A dense TiO2 film was first coated on a fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) substrate.The high refractive TiO2 film brought photon scattering for better light absorption.
