三种亲脂性阳离子线粒体靶向性能研究

  以荧光染料BODIPY 为母体,通过柔性碳链分别连接三乙胺、三苯基膦及F16,合成得到了三种线粒体靶向荧光探针。通过MTT、Confocal、FL 及流式细胞仪等方法检测,对比了其荧光量子产率、细胞毒性、线粒体定位能力、细胞摄取速率等。
