Background Until now,the effect of post-procedural hydration for ST-segment elevation AMI (STEMI) undergoing primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is still uncertain.Methods We randomly assigned 275 patients undergoing primary angioplasty into Post-procedural hydration group (138 patients) and no RH group (137 patients).The rate of Contrast-induced nephropathy (CIN) was analyzed for each group.After operation,patients were categorized into 4 groups according to Mehran risk scores (MRS).
