Background Coronary angiogarphy is the standard method of guiding the placement of stent.It is unclear whether the use of fractional flow reserve (FFR: the ratio of maximal blood flow in a stenotic artery to normal flow) made stent implantation more effective after bloon dilation,when combined with angiography.
