Ras活性在NAFLD-HCC转化中的作用和机制研究
目的 虽然Ras 基因突变率在肝癌中较低，但其下游通路却普遍活化。肥胖作为肝癌的独立危险因素，其潜在机制并不十分清楚。我们基于小鼠NAFLD 模型，研究NAFLD 形成过程中Ras 的活性变化，以及持续活化的Ras 对NAFLD-HCC 转化的影响。

目的 转录后调控是目前肿瘤研究的焦点,BAG3 作为一种共分子伴侣已被证实与许多RBP 存在相互作用,并且IL8 mRNA 的3UTR 富含ARE,这都与转录后调控密切相关。本研究旨在阐明BAG3 对PDAC 转移的调控作用及其具体作用机制。本课题的成果可以进一步加深BAG3 在胰腺癌细胞发生、发展过程中的意义的理解,为肿瘤的治疗提供新的靶点以及更多的分子理论依据。
