自从2003年联合国教科文组织第32届大会通过《保护非物质文化遗产公约》(以下简称《公约》)以来,中国掀起了一场空前的“非物质文化遗产”热,中国政府不仅马上批准了公约(成为世界上批准公约的第六个国家),而且正着手颁布一部《非物质遗产保护法》,这种高效率与紧迫感令人激赏,但同时也令人忧虑:我们真的领会了国际上保护非物质文化遗产之精神吗?
Since 2003, when the 32nd General Conference of UNESCO adopted the Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage (hereinafter referred to as the “Convention”), China has set off an unprecedented “intangible cultural heritage” fever. The Chinese government not only ratified the Convention (Becoming the sixth country in the world to ratify the Convention) and is embarking on the enactment of a Law on the Protection of Intangible Heritage, a measure of efficiency and urgency that is rewarding but also worrisome: we really appreciate International protection of the intangible cultural heritage spirit?
