To study the clinical significance of the anatomical parameters of the male pelvis in the standard laparoscopic radical prostatectomy (SLRP).The clinical data of 117 cases undergone LRP from January 2014 to December 2008 were retrospectively analyzed.The pubic branch angle (PBA) and the distance from the lowest point of symphysis pubis to the bottom of the prostate (DSP) were measured in all patients by pelvic MRI or CT.The operating time, urethro-vesical anastomosis time, blood loss, transfusion rate, positive surgical margin,postoperative urine leakage and urethral stricture rate were noted.
