　　This paper presents a new data mining approach based on grey model and clustering algorithm.The 2010 Shanghai World Expo was a great event,which has greatly boost Chinas development in many aspects.It is necessary to dig useful information about its effects.A mathematical model is created in this paper,quantitatively estimating the economy revenue of the World Expo and assessing its influence on other province in China.
