高温无后充气硫化需采用尺寸稳定型聚酯帘线作轮胎补强材料,硫化介质用饱和蒸汽代替过热水,当180℃×30min热收缩率为2%以内时,其成型施工机头宽度在人造丝基础上增加4—6mm。为防止胶料返原,合成橡胶用量由15%—40%增加到30%—60%。室内外试验结果表明,高温无后充气硫化轮胎外缘尺寸虽然膨胀率大于人造丝胎体,但完全可满足设计要求,且实际应用时断面膨大率仅为06%—07%。高温强制硫化工艺在不增加设备投资和生产费用的情况下,可提高生产效率2倍以上
