Objective Patients who have not obtained the effective suppression of HBV cannot have an improvement in liver histology.The combination antiviral therapy of lamivudine plus adefovir is the recommended strategy.This study explores the differences of several rescue therapy mode for these patients who had the treatment failurefor the combination antiviral therapy of lamivudine plus adefovir.
