Autophagy,the degradation of cytoplasmic components,is an evolutionarily conserved homeostatic process involved in environmental adaptation,lifespan determination and tumor development.The recent study revealed that DRAM (Damage Regulated Autophagy Modulator) were induced by p53 expression and mediated Autophagosome formations.
