目的:探讨高频超声检查大腿前内侧穿支血管的可行性及其临床价值.方法:高频超声及SMI血流显示技术对20例健康者志愿者(男女各10例)进行大腿前内侧穿支血管探测.结果:20例健康人中,共探及196条穿支动脉,其中82条可探测到1支伴行的穿支静脉,65条可探测到2支伴行的穿支静脉.在196条大腿前内侧穿支动脉中,走形于肌间隔者(肌间隔型)为142条,走形于肌肉者(肌间型)为54条,其中肌间隔型多伴有1

目的:探讨高频超声检查大腿前内侧穿支血管的可行性及其临床价值.方法:高频超声及SMI血流显示技术对20例健康者志愿者(男女各10例)进行大腿前内侧穿支血管探测.结果:20例健康人中,共探及196条穿支动脉,其中82条可探测到1支伴行的穿支静脉,65条可探测到2支伴行的穿支静脉.在196条大腿前内侧穿支动脉中,走形于肌间隔者(肌间隔型)为142条,走形于肌肉者(肌间型)为54条,其中肌间隔型多伴有1～2条穿支静脉,肌间型多伴有0～1条穿支静脉.穿支动脉分布于大腿中上1/3者46条,分布于中1/3者71条,分布于中下1/3者79条.大腿前内侧穿支动脉的探及长度为4.6±1.7cm,其近端平均内径为8.5±2.6mm,其中肌间隔型穿动脉的探及长度为5.5±1.8cm,其近端的平均内径为9.1±2.9mm.结论:高频超声联合SMI血流显示技术可以清晰显示大腿前内侧内径＞5mm的穿支血管,并能够在超声引导下对其进行精确体表投影定位,肌间隔型穿动脉探及平均长度及内径均大于肌间型,因此更适合大腿前内侧穿支皮瓣移植手术应用.
