近年来，新出现的2.3.4.4 分支H5N8 亚型禽流感病毒在世界多国引起了禽类疫情，严重威胁养禽业的健康发展.分析当前国内外H5N8 亚型禽流感病毒的遗传进化特点及生物学特性，对于更好的了解全球高致病性禽流感的流行现状具有重要意义.
