　　Zearalenone(ZEA)is a non-steroidal estrogenic mycotoxin produced by fungi belonging to the fusarium sp.using a polyketide pathway.ZEA causes reproductive disorders and testicular toxicity in animals.Sertoli cells play a key role in spermatogenesis; however,there is a paucity of data on the toxic effects of ZEA on Sertoli cells.
