深入探讨经方补阳还五汤治疗缺血性脑卒中的抗氧化机制是指导该方合理有效用药的基础.本实验从14 d胎鼠中获取胚胎神经干细胞,经无血清培养基悬浮培养并传代.取传3代神经干细胞,随机分为:缺氧复氧对照组、缺氧复氧血清组(添加10%对照血清)、缺氧复氧载药血清组(添加10%载药血清)3组,三气培养箱予以缺氧培养(氧浓度为5%)0.5h,再置于常规培养箱培养;实验设定常规培养箱对照组.
