Malate dehydrogenases (MDHs), which mainly catalyze the reversible reaction of malate to oxaloacetic acid, are important metabolic enzymes for plant.Our research team had found that the expression levels of Chinese cabbage malate dehydrogenase gene (BraMDH) declining during flower bud abortion in Chinese cabbage.
