目的:研究糖皮质激素地塞米松合用淫羊藿女贞子治疗哮喘的协同抗炎作用及对激素不良反应的改善作用。方法:给予哮喘大鼠模型腹腔注射地塞米松2周,同时配合灌胃淫羊藿女贞子,检测支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中IL-4、INF-γ、IL-5含量,血清COR、血浆ACTH、下丘脑CRH含量和BALF中GCR蛋白表达。结果:淫羊藿女贞子合用地塞米松能显著下调哮喘模型大鼠BALF中IL-5、IL-4含量、上调IFN-γ表达、调节Th1/Th2失衡,降低血浆ACTH、CRH含量,上调BALF中GCR的蛋白含量及结合力。结论:淫羊藿女贞子合用地塞米松可以增强激素的抗炎作用,并对内源性糖皮质激素作用途径起到保护作用。
Objective: To study the synergistic and anti-inflammatory effect of glucocorticoid dexamethasone combined with Epimedium Ligustrum lucidum in the treatment of asthma and its effect on improving adverse reactions of hormones. Methods: The asthmatic rat model was given intraperitoneal injection of dexamethasone for 2 weeks. Meanwhile, the content of IL-4, INF-γ and IL-5 in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) COR, plasma ACTH, hypothalamic CRH content and GCR protein expression in BALF. Results: Epimedium Ligusticum chuanxiong combined with dexamethasone could significantly decrease the levels of IL-5 and IL-4 in BALF, upregulate the expression of IFN-γ, regulate the imbalance of Th1 / Th2 and decrease the levels of ACTH and CRH in BALF Protein Content and Binding of GCR in BALF. Conclusion: Epimedium Ligustrum lucidum combined with dexamethasone can enhance the anti-inflammatory effects of hormones and play a protective role against the action of endogenous glucocorticoid.
