Purpose :To discuss the diagnostic and clinical value of using test bolus or bolus tracking technique in dynamic MR angiography of spinal vascular diseases at 3.0-T.Method: Seventy patients were collected with clinically suspected of spinal vascular diseases.All patients were random divided into two groups:group A(17 men and 18 women,mean age 52.9 years)and group B (20 men and 15 women, mean age 50.1years).
