目的 探讨颈部动脉血流重建治疗重症多发性大动脉炎导致脑缺血的疗效,并探索经颅脑血管超声(Transcranial Doppler, TCD).方法 回顾性分析最近1 0年来早我中心治疗的脑缺血型大动脉炎外科治疗的资料.41例(男8例,女33例),分为A和B二组.男女之比:1∶4.1;平均年龄为30.5岁.病程平均8.5年.
超声诊断是一项无创伤、无辐射、无副作用、经济、便捷的检查技术,随着医学技术的快速发展,超声技术已广泛应用于各医学领域.超声诊断腹股沟疝具有特异性,是一系列影像学检查中的首选检查方法,对腹股沟疝的诊断及鉴别诊断提供了非常准确的信息,为临床确定治疗方案及判断预后提供了重要依据,应重视超声诊断在疝和腹壁外科术前术后的应用.
目的 探讨肠系膜上血管的解剖在腹腔镜下右半结肠癌根治术过程中的"航标"作用方法 对我院2011年1月～2012年5月42例进行腹腔镜下右半结肠癌根治术的手术视频资料及术后病理学资料进行分析,男23例,女19例:年龄29～82(平均46.2岁)岁.术前均经结肠镜检查及病理学活检明确诊断,并于术前通过腹部CT及超声检查排除远处器官转移,无腹腔镜手术禁忌症,全部患者均进行术前1日肠道准备.2例患者中转开
