目的 儿童股骨头骨软骨病(legg-caive-perthes 病,简称perthes 病).它是一种儿童常见的,特有的股骨头骺缺血性坏死,是儿童特有的疾病,多发生于学龄期儿童,由于对该病的病因尚不十分清楚,因而治疗方法繁多.但目前倾向于包容疗法.

目的 探讨复杂性先天性脊柱侧凸的治疗效果及治疗中应注意的问题.方法 回顾性分析2006-2013 手术治疗的16 例复杂性先天性脊柱侧凸患儿临床资料.其中半椎体合并脊髓纵裂6 例,椎体分节不良合并脊髓纵裂5 例,半椎体合并椎管内脂肪瘤4 例,椎体分节不良合并椎管内畸胎瘤1 例.手术方法经后路半椎体切除或椎体楔形截骨,椎管内骨棘切除,脂肪瘤大部切除,畸胎瘤切除.后路椎弓根钉棒内固定.
