Objectives Xuanwei county in Yunnan Province is a rural area where the lung cancer mortality is the highest in China.There is a large evidence-base supporting the idea that indoor air pollution(IAP) exposures play a significant role in creating or worsening the lung cancer in Xuanwei county.
