Objective:Synaptic damage contributes to the pathogenesis of cognitive impairment.The purpose of present research was to detect the effect of soy isoflavone(SIF) on β-amyloid peptides 1-42(Aβ1-42) induced synaptic damage in brain tissue of rats.
