本文研究了珍珠岩玻璃纤维加气混凝土制备工艺和力学性能。通过掺入碱激发剂、工业废渣煤矸石、膨胀珍珠岩和玻璃纤维等原料,在常温养护条件下制备出了加气混凝土制品。结果表明:随膨胀珍珠岩用量的增加,加气混凝土的抗折强度和密度降低。膨胀珍珠岩用量为水泥量的0.2倍时,加气混凝土的比抗折强度达到最大值。加入玻璃纤维后,加气混凝土的比抗折强度有一定的提高。玻璃纤维的最佳用量为水泥用量的1.25%。
This paper studies perlite glass fiber aerated concrete preparation process and mechanical properties. Addition of alkali activator, industrial waste gangue, expanded perlite and glass fiber and other raw materials, prepared at room temperature curing aerated concrete products. The results show that with the increase of the amount of expanded perlite, the flexural strength and density of aerated concrete decrease. When the amount of expanded perlite is 0.2 times the amount of cement, the specific flexural strength of aerated concrete reaches the maximum value. After adding glass fiber, aerated concrete has a certain increase in flexural strength. The best dosage of glass fiber is 1.25% of the amount of cement.
