为了观察不同+Gz负荷对血浆及丘脑内皮素(ET)含量的影响,我们对36只Wistar大鼠分别进行了+6Gz和+10Gz的急性暴露实验,并以+1Gz暴露为对照。结果发现,+6Gz和+10Gz暴露后,血浆ET含量明显增加(P<0.05或0.01),丘脑的ET含量明显下降(P<0.01或00001)。血浆和丘脑中的ET有不同的生理功能,血浆ET含量增加,可引起冠状动脉和周围血管的强烈收缩,回心血量减少,心泵功能降低。丘脑中的ET含量减少,可使细胞内游离钙降低,中枢神经系统的兴奋性下降。
In order to observe the effects of different + Gz loads on plasma and thalamic endothelin (ET) levels, we performed an acute exposure study of +6 Gz and +10 Gz in 36 Wistar rats, respectively, and were exposed to + 1 Gz as control. The results showed that plasma ET levels were significantly increased (P <0.05 or 0.01) after exposure to +6 Gz and +10 Gz, and ET content in the thalamus was significantly decreased (P <0.01 or 00001). ET in the plasma and thalamus have different physiological functions, and plasma ET levels increase, which can cause intense contraction of the coronary arteries and peripheral blood vessels, decrease the amount of blood and blood pressure, and decrease cardiac pump function. The thalamus in the ET content decreased, intracellular free calcium can be reduced, decreased central nervous system excitability.
