九渡河镇作为北京市创新型镇乡建设试点镇，始终坚持科技驱动发展，建设五彩名镇的目标，实施了一系列科技项目。本文分析了全镇富民产业充分发展，社会秩序和谐稳定，乡村面貌日渐改观，农民生活逐渐改善。总体看，创新型镇乡建设给农民带来了新思维、新发展、新机制、新面貌。
