Mature market economy is an economy based on credit,which plays a key role in the success of our countrys market economy.Entrepreneur is the most crucial factor in the business credit.To establish credit evaluation system is an important measure to improve business credit.This paper seeks to build a best business credit evaluation index system representing the SME(small & middle enterprise) entrepreneur credit evaluation system to further explore the rating system.
