城市活力是一个动态的概念,本文从空间视角,提取了最重要的三个制约因素分别为混合性、密度与开放空间,提升功能的多样性、适度集聚与高品质的开放交流空间是当前人们对美好生活需求的集中反映.宁波城市活力日渐疲软,重点在于改善人口结构的老龄化,为了更好地满足年轻群体的需求,围绕三大空间制约因素,本文提出了提升宁波中心城区城市活力的路径与空间建设重点.密度强调效率、强调经济发展,而混合性与开放空间更多关注交往

城市活力是一个动态的概念,本文从空间视角,提取了最重要的三个制约因素分别为混合性、密度与开放空间,提升功能的多样性、适度集聚与高品质的开放交流空间是当前人们对美好生活需求的集中反映.宁波城市活力日渐疲软,重点在于改善人口结构的老龄化,为了更好地满足年轻群体的需求,围绕三大空间制约因素,本文提出了提升宁波中心城区城市活力的路径与空间建设重点.密度强调效率、强调经济发展,而混合性与开放空间更多关注交往和沟通、关注人的日常细微的需求,未来希望在延续城市效率的同时,更应该找回城市的温度,增加人们对城市的归属感,真正地提升城市的活力,做到城市让生活更美好.
