球形株型一串红株型塑造中激素相关基因表达量分析

  一串红是我国花卉配置及花坛中必不可少的植物材料,但其栽培过程中需人工摘心以促进分枝,增加观赏效果。本课题组选育的一串红新品种彩铃红分枝能力极强,分枝形成早,分枝级数多,不必摘心株型自然成球,为自有品系35的株型突变体。本课题组利用抑制消减杂交技术从彩铃红与野生型(35)中发现了19个与激素合成代谢和信号传导相关的差异表达基因,并从19个基因中筛选出5个相关基因进行表达量分析。
