Background To explore the relationship between cognitive impairment and insulin resistance in elderly patients with hypertension Methods A total of 132 patients were divided into two groups: cognitive impairment group (n=61) and non-cognitiveimpairment group (n=71), gender, age, cultural level, BMI, WHR, TC, TG, CRP, HDL-C, LDL-C, Cr, FPG, FINS,HOMA-IR, SBP and DBP were compared between the two groups, and logistic regression was analyzed.
