Polymer vesicles prepared from self-assembly of amphiphilie block or graft copolymers have been extensively studied for their potential applications in drug delivery and biological fields [1].The structure of the polymer vesicles are similar to lipids,but possess many distinct properties due to the higher molecular weight of polymers as compared to lipids.The large hydrophilic reservoir and thick membrane of polymer vesicles provides significant storage capacity for both water-soluble and insoluble substances,together with a good colloidal stability,and so on [2].For promoting practical applications of polymer vesicles,it is essential to endow them with responsive capability to environmental stimuli (e.g.,temperature,pH,electromagnetic field and light) [3].
