Diabetes has become the first major chronic disease in the world [1].Nanogels are promising drug carrier in disease therapy,because they can maintain the bioactivity of the loaded drugs,avoid drug leakage during the circulation and release drugs in a sustained way [2].Most reported nanogels are not stimulus-responsive,which lack the methods to modulate crug release.Besides that,the blood safety of this kind of nanocarriers has not been reported.
