PAMAM dendrimer is a highly effective nanocarrier(Generally refers to G3-G7).But PAMAM dendrimer without modification may have a high cell toxicity because of the large number of amino groups on its surface,which may limit its further development into clinics.We,therefore,aimed at 1)establishing a targeted nanomicellar drug delivery system based on an amphiphilic low generation PAMAM dendrimer(G0-G1)conjugated with hyaluronic acid(HA); 2)determining the in vitro cytotoxicity of amphiphilic nanomicelles entrapped with the anticancer drug doxorubicin(DOX).
