　　Owing to Economic globalizntion and the increasing collaboration between China and the West,the exchange,transplanting and fusion of management thoughts between China and the West have become an inevitable historical development trend In this paper,based on the management thought evolution,the differences between China and the West management thoughts in the human nature assumption and focus were analyzed,and then the fusion of China and the West management thought were elaborated.
