RNA interference(RNAi) represents a promising therapeutic strategy for the treatment of numerous diseases.It has been studied pre-clinically for its potential to silence genes that associated with a wide variety of diseases at their root cause.Although RNAi is very promising for human diseases therapy,an essential prerequisite for successful application of RNAi is the development of low-toxic and efficient siRNA delivery systems.
