Clinical response and post-treatment survival of cholangiocarcinoma patients receiving immunotherapy with autologous dendritic cells (DCs) and cytokine-induced killer (CIK) cells stimulated with multiple tumor-associated antigens (TAA) were evaluated recently.Nine stage Ⅳ, three stage Ⅲ, and one stage Ⅱ patients were enrolled in autologous DC-CIK cell transfusion along with conventional chemotherapy. The overall survival and disease progression status were analyzed and compared with existing literature records.
