病例1患儿,男,4天.G1P1,孕38w剖宫产,羊水Ⅲ度污染,出生有窒息,出生10小时入XX人民医院治疗不见好转,于2011年11月14日由我科院前转运接诊入院.入院查体:T38℃,R52次/分,P156次/分,双肺干湿罗音,心音低钝,肝肋下1.5cm,肌张力低下,双下肢水肿,新生儿反射均减弱,四肢末端凉.
