Objective Investigate the effect of daunorubicin and L-as-paraginase,the conventional chemotherapeutic agents,on phos-phatidylserine (PS) exposure and procoagulant activity (PCA)of Jurkat cells and cells from newly diagnosed acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) patients,as well as to explore the anticoagulant effect of lactadherin.Methods Jurkat cells and ALL cells of 7 consecutive patients with ALL were treated with daunorubicin or L-asparaginase.Flow cytometry and confocal micros copy were used to quantify and locate PS exposure,respectively.
