Since the discovery of the anticancer activity of Taxol against ovarian and breast cancer, much attention has been paid to the isolation and identification of new taxanes form T.yunnanensis.However, the biological activities of other components except for Taxol found in Taxus yunnanensis still remain unknown and have not been fully explored.A strategy was used to identify the different ingredients and screen for pregnane X receptor (PXR) inhibitors with multidrng resistance reversal activity in the T.yunnanensis.
