The central governments public rental house policies have been vertically sorted, and its characteristics have been analyzed.The social housing supply mode in developed countries have also been studied, including the legislation, checking, subsidy, construction, encouragement for developers and the protection of the lessee.Also this paper further explores the development mode of public rental house in China, includes the legal system, traditional ethics, dispersed construction and the use of private capital.
